Casey Anglada DeRaad
Ms. DeRaad is the Director of Phillips Technology Institute at the Air Force Research Laboratory principally responsible for research and education collaborations with academia, industry and government to establish a nationally recognized center for space and directed energy research and development at the Kirtland Technology Park. She also directs all aspects the Air Force Research Laboratory Space and Directed Energy Workforce and Education Program covering K-12, undergraduate and graduate students.

Lisa Lockyer
Lisa Lockyer is Deputy Director of the New Ventures and Communications Directorate at NASA Ames Research Center in Silicon Valley. The Directorate provides an integrated approach to relationships with industry, academic and government partners. Ms. Lockyer leads Ames’ Innovative Partnerships Program. She is also responsible for business development, public affairs, government affairs, education, and strategic planning.
Prior to this position, Ms. Lockyer was Chief of the Technology Partnerships Office. She was responsible for managing Ames’ intellectual property portfolio, marketing technologies and partnership opportunities, and assisting in the structure, development and execution of deals with external partners. Ms. Lockyer led the development of NASA’s venture fund initiative, Red Planet Capital.
Lisa earned a B.A. from Harvard University, and a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law in 1993. Prior to joining NASA Ames in 1998, she practiced criminal law as a deputy district attorney in Alameda County.
